    • Rentals are a 5 hour minimum (this time will include at least 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for clean up)

    • You are permitted to bring in your own prepared food or use a licensed caterer with the acknowledgment that Kin Event Space is not responsible for the setup, prep, serving or cleanup of any food service.

    • All alcoholic beverages are provided exclusively through Kin Event Space

    • You are responsible for any room decor. Anything you bring in must be brought out

    • Kin staff is responsible for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs based on a predetermined floor plan created with the client

    • 8' Banquet Tables (up to 20)

    • 30" Round High top Cocktail Tables (up to 6)

    • Black Padded Folding Chairs (up to 140)

    • Floor Length Linens in Black or White for all Tables
