February Dinner

We cannot believe our second dinner has come and gone. With Valentine’s Day falling on a Friday this year, it only seemed appropriate to host our February dinner on this special day.

Our goal at Community Table is always to make everyone feel welcomed and included, no matter the occasion. We set out to create something other than the typical sea of two-tops, set with red roses most restaurant experiences offer. Instead, our guests floated together among a heavenly halo of clouds while they sipped wine and enjoyed the flavors set before them with each course. The evening began with airy puffs of blush cotton candy at each place setting to welcome our diners. From there, our menu became a myriad of color and texture.

The Menu

soup // potato, radish, mint, chili

salad // root vegetable, goat cheese, hazelnut

first // scallop, apple, fennel, watercress

second // beef short rib, tamari, scallion, cauliflower, ginger

dessert // pavlova, passionfruit, cake crumb

This evening truly was a romantic and whimsical dream come true. We are absolutely bursting at the seams to plan and execute our next dinner. We cannot wait to share it with you.
